Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented

Marketing Manager

to join our high-performing brand marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the ideal candidate will manage marketing campaigns and projects, work closely with all property departments to support their branding, advertising and marketing needs, manage direct mail campaigns, manage property print and digital signage, work with outside agencies and vendors, and maintain brand standards and usage guidelines. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities Project Management:

Utilize the project management software to manage creative jobs and ensure projects are within budget and deadlines are met

Work with the design team to ensure creative meets expectations and are within brand standards

Assist with copywriting and editing for design projects as needed

Direct Mail Campaign Management:

In collaboration with the Casino and Database Marketing teams, will initiate projects with the design team and provide clear creative and copy direction

Ensure budgets, deadlines and drop dates are met

Print and Digital Signage

Work with all departments to determine print and digital signage needs

Will initiate and manage all print and digital signage projects

Maintain the property signage grid to ensure it is updated and accurate

Work with vendors and Purchasing to ensure signage is produced and delivered on time

Schedule and manage all digital signage content

Work closely with the Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams to align brand strategies with overall marketing objectives

Lead status meetings with select departments

Collaborate and assist with managing external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and Public Relations agencies

Assist with managing photo and/or video shoots and collaborate with Social Media as needed

Other activities and duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred

Four (4) or more years in progressive roles within a marketing team

Ability to think creatively and innovatively

Strong understanding of creative graphics and the production process

Able to communicate effectively with all levels of Team Members as well as outside contacts

Must be highly adaptable to changes within projects and work environment, and is able to change approach or method to best fit changing situations

Is a problem solver – identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully and able to develop alternative solutions

Must have highly developed interpersonal skills, with an affinity for teamwork within a small organization

Always maintain a professional and positive appearance and demeanor

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting constant deadlines and maintaining strong attention to details

Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Workamajig project management software a plus
