PICKMOTION is looking for a person with drive and passion who will contribute to the company with enthusiasm and is willing to take on responsibility together with two other sales managers in the team.
The aim of the position is to bring the product know-how to all retail partners and field staff, to place the products on a broad scale in the long term and to continuously develop the product range.
As a
field sales representative for Design Brand in retail (m/f/d) you will play a key role in shaping our success and become the face of our love brand.
YOUR TASKS
Management of the field sales staff in Germany and Austria. You and two other sales managers will be responsible for sales and results and will be responsible for retail sales in Germany and Austria.
Visits to the regions for store checks, for the purposes of acquiring new customers and for training our field staff
C o-support and acquisition of selected key accounts including contact initiation and development, preparation and negotiation of contracts, listings and conditions as well as result controlling
Active participation in national and international trade fairs
Market and competition monitoring as well as co-development of marketing and sales strategies
YOUR PROFILE
Experience in customer approach, support and development
Hands-on field service experience is an advantage
Communicative personality, a confident, personable demeanor, negotiating skills and confidence in closing deals
Confident application knowledge in Excel and experience in using CRM systems
Very good knowledge of German and English
N curiosity, flexibility and willingness to travel
F Class B driving license
