We are looking for a

Media Project Manager

to join our Cartier Swiss Marketteam starting

as soon as possible for 6 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MEDIA PLANNING Define the media strategy for the Switzerland market, aligned with the Maison's global framework.

Implement the yearly planning across all media platforms: Print, OOH, and Digital.

Assess patrimony in Print and OOH on a yearly basis.

Manage media planning campaigns (online and offline), from brief to implementation, tracking, optimization, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of performance.

Manage Media budget and ensure accurate sizing and yearly landing.

Coordinate COOP Media, working closely with the local Commercial team.

MEDIA TRAFFICKING & TRACKING Ensure the offline and online campaigns setup with high professional requirements, following the guidelines and ensuring the brand safety.

Share creative brief and production through Picto.

Validate preview to the agency.

Follow the campaigns monitoring and optimization.

Identify best practices from competition or other key players, as well as key trends in the market.

AGENCY MANAGEMENT & TEAM COLLABORATION Manage the day-to-day relationship with the media agency and nurture a strong collaborative partnership.

Set clear objectives and KPIs for the local Mediacom teams.

Evaluate the agency on a yearly basis on local missions, and provide regular feedbacks to local Mediacom teams on operations and level of service.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key local publishers.

Partner with local PR team to set up a combined strategy per title.

YOUR PROFILE Master’s degree in marketing and/or communication

5-8 years of professional experience working in advertising or related agency

Preferable experience in international luxury brands

Strong ability to build effective working relationships with different parties

Excellent strategic planning skills with comprehensive thinking

Strong command of both written and spoken English & French

Strong Analytical skills and use of Excel

Digitally savvy

Self-motivated, positive attitude and team player
