IT System Administrator / Web Developer with German At DAC.digital, we are constantly growing our business. As part of our growth strategy, we are starting a strategic partnership with one of the biggest consulting companies in Germany with a strong focus on Data Management. Their clients include major banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications, and automotive brands.

Key information:

20 000 – 24 000 PLN net/month- pure B2B contract

18 000 – 21 000 PLN net/month – B2B contract (days off included)

It is vital that you have:

completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a degree in computer science, digital media, or software engineering;

several years of experience in system administration with exposure to web development;

preferred qualifications: IT security officer, information security officer, or data protection officer certification;

hands-on experience in backend and frontend development, as well as programming and maintaining interfaces (especially MS Dynamics);

strong skills in UX/UI, graphic and web design, TYPO3, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD with GitLab;

familiarity with:

Tech-SEO (performance measurement and optimization);

Web trends (AI, accessibility, GDPR, etc.);

Online marketing (landing pages, lead generation, conversion, tracking, user flow);

Marketing automation (MS Dynamics Marketing/Customer Insights) ;

knowledge of German (min. B2);

knowledge of English (min. B2);

working in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

eager to learn and share knowledge;

willing to travel if necessary (conferences, coworking events, etc.).

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

maintaining and managing websites;

developing and managing interfaces, particularly with MS Dynamics

integrating new features into TYPO3;

applying UX/UI and graphic/web design skills;

working with backend/frontend development technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, TYPO3);

supporting the IT team in daily operations and server administration when possible;

overseeing complex technical projects and coordinating with external service providers;

ensuring quality control of technical results.
