The Role We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Digital Marketing professional to join our growing global Marketing team. CitNOW, part of CitNOW Group, provides market-leading automotive software solutions and has several successful partnerships with major OEMs such as BMW Group and Mercedes-Benz.

Having been established in the DACH market for 10+ years we have now reached an exciting period of growth, and we are looking for a Digital Demand Generation Specialist who can drive our ambitious plans. This role is key to the success of our business acceleration and will manage the digital marketing activities for our DACH and Poland markets (DACHP).

The Digital Marketing Manager will have autonomy over planning, development and management of regional campaigns, content and copy to drive demand generation, customer retention and build awareness. We’re seeking someone with a strategic mindset and hands‑on execution ability to drive strategic marketing initiatives in the region.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social media, email and SEO

Execute the strategic marketing plan in the DACH region, localising and translating when necessary

Develop and execute a regional cross‑channel marketing plan to drive growth, customer retention and maximise ROI

Develop and manage content and copy for blogs, social media and website

Monitor, analyse, test and report on campaign performance using tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics

Collaborate with local DACHP team members and the central marketing team to align digital strategies with the overall marketing plan

Maintain an awareness of how AI is shaping digital marketing with a pro‑active approach to exploring AI tools for automation, personalisation and performance

Drive the digital direction through website optimisation, maintain website content, social posting, implementation of a keyword strategy and PPC

Knowledge & Skills:

Fluency in German with very good English skills

3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in the B2B SaaS industry

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce

A strategic thinker, with the ability to align marketing activity to business goals
