Job Description Pattern Promotions We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the development and execution of our marketing strategies. You will work closely with experienced marketing professionals to assist in various projects that involve market research, content creation, digital marketing, and social media management.
Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences Support social media management by creating content and engaging with followers Analyze marketing performance metrics and report findings to the team Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new marketing ideas Help coordinate marketing events and promotional activities
Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their marketing potential Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
