What You'll Do Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives and brand identity. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, and live streams) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Manage day‑to‑day interactions: respond to comments, messages, and user engagement in a timely and authentic manner. Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns. Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to produce cohesive campaigns and ensure brand consistency. Stay current with social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices. Support influencer partnerships, social media advertising campaigns, and community‑building initiatives. Assist in managing paid social campaigns and budgets. Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and improvement based on audience insights and performance data. What We Are Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or organization. Strong understanding of major social platforms and their analytics tools. Excellent written and visual communication skills. Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut). Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social). Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Creative thinker who stays current on digital trends and pop culture. What We Offer Competitive pay. Salary Range $60,000 – $65,000 Work Environment and Physical Demands The standard work environment for this position is an indoor business office and construction environment. The noise level is usually moderate. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, use hands, stoop, kneel, reach with arms, and stand. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and climb ladders to 20 feet. Equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs may be required. Tight, confined spaces may also be encountered.
