Direct Response Creative Strategist (Meta Ads) – Red Water Holdings


At Red Water Holdings, we craft high-quality supplements and consumables that help people look, feel, and perform better. Since our launch we are quickly becoming one of the fastest growing supplement brands on the market. We scale through Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram) across DTC and marketplaces, and we’re building an elite creative engine to consistently produce winning ads and profitable growth.


We’re hiring an A-player Creative Strategist to own our Meta creative pipeline end-to-end. This is a high-responsibility, high-autonomy role reporting and working directly with the founders.


Your Mission

Own the growth and performance of our Meta ad account. You are responsible for driving profitable revenue through creative performance. Researching avatars & angles, crafting briefs, collaborating with editors, and using data to continuously produce winning concepts that scale efficiently and sustain long-term growth.


Responsibilities

  • Research and identify winning creative angles for Meta ads based on audience psychology and data.
  • Analyze competitor ads, extract trends, and translate insights into actionable creative briefs.
  • Develop high-performing ad concepts (hooks, structures, and scripts).
  • Collaborate with editors and UGC creators to ensure execution matches strategy.
  • Review creative performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPM, etc.) to identify patterns in winners and iterate quickly.
  • Maintain a consistent testing pipeline. Ensure multiple fresh ads are launched weekly.
  • Build and maintain a creative library and testing dashboard.
  • Report weekly on ad learnings, new test ideas, and top-performing hooks.

KPIs You Will Own

  • New Creatives Launched / Week (volume & diversity of tests)
  • % Winning Rate (profitably scalable ads)
  • ROAS / MER Lift from creative testing
  • Hook-Through / Thumb-Stop Rate, CTR, CVR, CPA (by concept)
  • Speed to Iteration (time from insight → next test)
  • Creative Library Health (organization, reuse, frameworks documented)


What We Are Looking For

  • Proven Meta ads creative experience with measurable wins (share examples).
  • Strong direct-response instincts: angles, objections, social proof, demos, edu-tainment.
  • Excellent copy + scripting; you can reverse-engineer why an ad works.
  • Confident in giving creative direction to editors/UGC creators; high quality bar.
  • Analytical, organized, and fast. You love dashboards, logs, and decision speed.
  • Bonus: supplements/beauty experience; landing page and offer collaboration.

Compensation & Details

  • $3,000–$6,000+/month USD salary, depending on experience.
  • Performance bonuses for winning creatives can raise total monthly earnings to $8,000–$12,000+
  • Full-time, remote. Primary employment (no other jobs).
