Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Santa Clara, CA, for a Head of Marketing & Growth at KeploreAI Inc. The Head of Marketing & Growth will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee market research initiatives to drive data‑informed decision‑making, and establish strong public relations campaigns to enhance brand positioning. The role will involve collaborating closely with sales and leadership teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize customer acquisition strategies, and expand market presence.
Qualifications
Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and implement strategic marketing plans effectively.
Experience in Market Research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and understand customer needs.
Proficiency in Sales and Public Relations to develop partnerships, boost brand visibility, and strengthen customer relationships.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills to oversee diverse marketing initiatives and team activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Previous experience in a leadership role within a technology or AI‑related industry is highly desirable.
