Description The Occupational Therapy Assistant implements therapy treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and prescribed by a physician licensed in the state of Alaska.

Position Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK. Position is per-diem, 0.01 FTE, Day shifts, Hours Per Week as needed.

Required Qualifications

Coursework/Training and Graduate from an associate degree program in Occupational Therapy Assistant. Or equivalent educ/experience

Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant License Or

Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit Or

Upon hire: Alaska Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License

Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

1 year of Clinical experience with physical disabilities.

Pay Range $30.15 - $46.13
