About Exhibitus
At Exhibitus, we design experiences that connect people to brands in meaningful ways. Our mission is to create experiences that connect people to brands in ways that matter. From trade show exhibits to branded environments and live activations, we craft spaces that inspire curiosity, engagement, and emotion. We’re a team of doers and thinkers — designers, strategists, and fabricators who bring ideas to life through collaboration, accountability, and craft. We take pride in the work, respect the process, and care about the outcome. No egos. No drama. Just great design, done right. If you’re someone who loves the balance of creativity and precision, thrives on collaboration, and wants to be part of a team that values integrity, innovation, and hustle — we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do As a Designer / Creative, you’ll help shape branded experiences from the ground up — translating strategy and storytelling into dimensional environments that engage and inspire. You’ll work closely with creative directors, account teams, and production specialists to concept, visualize, and develop environments that move audiences and elevate brands.
Responsibilities
Design trade show exhibits, branded environments, and experiential activations in 3D
Translate client objectives into spatial concepts that communicate clearly and creatively
Develop high-quality renderings, layouts, and presentations that sell ideas with impact
Collaborate with production teams to ensure feasibility, detail, and build integrity
Stay current on materials, trends, and technologies shaping the future of experience design
Contribute to a positive, high-performing creative culture through curiosity and ownership
What You Bring You’re equal parts dreamer and doer — a designer who obsesses over form, function, and the story that ties them together. You bring ideas to life and follow through until they’re built.
Qualifications
0–5 years of professional experience in 3D design, architecture, or related field
Proficiency in Rhino & V-Ray (or comparable 3D design tools)
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Solid understanding of layout, proportion, and spatial storytelling
Excellent verbal and visual communication skills – ability to present well to internal teams and clients
A proactive, dependable work ethic — you’re motivated, organized, and solutions-driven
A team-first mindset — you bring energy, humility, and accountability every day
Bonus Points
Knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, and production processes
Experience with animation, motion, or interactive design
Background in Industrial Design, Interior Design, or Architecture
Why You’ll Love Working Here
A culture built on collaboration, accountability, and craft
The opportunity to design for top-tier global brands
Creative freedom with real-world impact
Professional growth through mentorship and exposure to diverse project types
Competitive salary, benefits, and flexible work arrangements
Chicago-based collaboration encouraged — for those who join our Chicago studio, you’ll enjoy hands-on mentorship, creative sessions, and the energy of an in-person design culture
At Exhibitus We believe great environments don’t happen by accident — they’re the result of insight, creativity, and teamwork. If you take pride in your work, love solving complex problems, and want to grow alongside some of the best in the industry, this is your place.
