Essential Job Functions
Assist in the planning and execution of approved events and promotions with emphasis on quality and budgetary guidelines; monitors events to ensure Company objectives have been met.
Work closely with the Events and Promotions Supervisor to ensure all state regulatory requirements are met for promotions and special events.
Coordinate the setup of decorations and promotional themes for specific promotional events.
Assist in the production of support materials for special events and promotions.
Ensure promotional literature and signage are properly displayed throughout the property.
Assist with submissions and notifications required by the Indiana Gaming Commission for all marketing and promotional programs planned.
Facilitate dissemination of special event and promotional information throughout the department and property.
Maintain files and accurate records of all promotions and special events.
Work closely with the Advertising and Entertainment Manager with coordination and execution of entertainment and special events as assigned.
Assist with marketing analysis as assigned.
Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
