This Opportunity
Lead internal project‑pursuit meetings to identify strategy, competitive advantage, and compelling insights.
Engage in proposal production meetings, assigning tasks and highlighting SEH differentiators.
Draft responsive content for RFQ/RFPs that showcases SEH’s qualifications and solution approach.
Translate technical details into audience‑centric language.
Conduct editorial reviews to ensure consistent voice, compliance with SEH standards, and inclusion of key benefits.
Facilitate interview prep, from strategy to presentation materials and rehearsals.
Collaborate with designers and coordinators to integrate visual content.
Manage proposal assets such as project experience and resumes.
Submit two writing samples as part of the recruitment process.
This is a remote role open to U.S. candidates; relocation is welcomed.
Essential Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Cover letter required.
Excellent writing and editing with technical translation skill.
Familiarity with AP style and editorial standards.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Open to constructive feedback in a collaborative setting.
Proficiency with digital tools such as HubSpot or Aprimo.
Interest in AI‑powered marketing tools and emerging technologies.
Strong relationship‑building across remote teams.
Strategic mindset to influence pursuit strategy and positioning.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or similar.
Experience in strategy development and client‑focused writing, including RFQ/RFP responses.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and InDesign.
Experience working in a remote team environment.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $61,000 – $71,000 depending on skill set and experience. See the full benefits package on the SEH Hiring Journey.
