Coordinator, Content Acquisitions & Acquisitions
FOX Entertainment Global is seeking a Coordinator for Content & Acquisitions to support FOX Entertainment Global’s efforts to acquire, co‑produce, and license premium programming across scripted, unscripted, formats, film, and kids & family content for global distribution. The coordinator will be responsible for tracking the full workflow of content submissions and working cross‑functionally with support staff and executives across sales, marketing, legal, operations, finance, and strategy. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self‑starter who is passionate about premium global content of all genres. Additional duties include light administrative support. Snapshot of Responsibilities
Manage acquisition department databases, project records, and deal trackers, including logging pitches and submissions
Manage the accuracy and regular dissemination of producer reports, which track sales activity
Manage schedules for markets and festivals
Read scripts and provide coverage weekly
Maintain a strong network of junior executives and coordinators to bring in potential new talent or creative material for review
Maintain the calendars for producer meetings/calls
Maintain files and coordinate all other special projects as necessary
Source and track producers, IP, etc., to help build and sustain a robust project pipeline that aligns with department and overall company strategy/goals
Track network and streamer partners’ mandates and contacts, as well as industry trends
Oversee readers and story coverage, as well as interns
Ensure the global sales force and content team have up‑to‑date materials and are properly equipped to take content to market
Liaise with all internal departments to make sure requests are processed in a timely manner and the content and acquisitions team is aware of any issues that may arise pertaining to Legal, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and/or Distribution delivery matters
Attend producer meetings with executives when requested, and take detailed notes and follow‑ups as needed
Serve as backup to other administrative assistants when necessary
What you will need
4+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Coordinator in content acquisitions, content development, co‑production, or sales in the TV or Film distribution environment
Experienced in writing creative coverage for TV or Film projects
Team player who operates in a fast‑paced setting
Able to organize and establish administrative procedures independently, draft correspondence and reports, and work under pressure
Skilled in prioritizing and responding to changing business needs
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and generative AI applications
Collaborative and flexible team player with professional demeanor
Ability to build and foster internal and external relationships
Ability to work with high level senior managers and demonstrate discretion
Ability to manage scheduling across multiple time zones
Familiarity and deep passion for the global TV landscape
A can‑do attitude and a desire to grow your career within the international content industry
Office coverage could require extended work hours – must be available to work overtime or travel domestically and internationally as needed

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75‑27.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
