This role will support a lead full‑service restaurant company known for delivering exceptional dining experiences across a diverse portfolio of well‑loved, casual and upscale brands. Key Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders on ideation, planning, and measurement of initiatives.
Draft and edit content for media, internal communications, and digital channels.
Support crisis management and media responses.
Assist Communications Managers and Directors on large‑scale programs.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in communications, journalism, agency work, or a related field.
Strong writing and editing skills (AP Style proficiency required).
Familiarity with integrated communications tools (MS Office, Canva, Carousel, WordPress or similar).
Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and comfort handling confidential information.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Hybrid work is an option after 6 months (up to 2 remote days per week).
Base salary with bonus potential.

Must have current U.S. work authorization.
