The Growth Marketing team drives subscriber acquisition and profitability for Disney+ and the Disney Bundle. The team plans, executes, and optimizes user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the digital media landscape and understand the marketing funnel’s unique steps. This is a collaborative role working across Disney and with high-profile external partners.

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, conversion, and efficiency via the global Disney+ affiliate marketing program

Support operational program management, including creative asset preparation, reporting, and insight aggregation

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams like PR, brand, legal, and media strategy teams

Regularly analyze data and metrics to identify key opportunities to improve KPI performance, increase program scale, and enhance the efficiency of marketing spend

Build strategic relationships with key business, analytics, and technology leaders to ensure program and product success

Identify and recommend new affiliate partners, manage relationships with top performing partners, and implement optimization strategies to maximize partnership effectiveness

Conduct market research to stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends

Champion a collaborative work environment that cultivates shared understanding, transparency, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning

Qualifications

2+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in affiliate marketing, performance media or partnership marketing

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; and/or relevant work experience

Passion for entertainment and streaming

Proven track record of success, working with cross-functional teams in a global or highly complex organization

Polished communicator comfortable translating business needs into tactical plans

Highly analytical and collaborative qualities with strong technical, strategic, and problem-solving skills

Ability to balance competing priorities and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment where change is the norm

Sense of humor and desire to have fun

The hiring range for this position in New York City, NY is $75,500 to $101,200 per year. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
