Job Overview
We’re looking for a
Men’s Designer
to lead our design team across key outdoor and workwear brands, including
Dickies
and
Bass Creek Outfitters .
The ideal candidate combines
creative vision with technical precision
— experienced in
yarn dyes, plaids, woven fabrics, trims, and functional outerwear construction .
Responsibilities
Lead seasonal design direction from concept to final tech pack
Create and develop
jackets, vests, and outdoor-inspired sportswear
Work closely with factories on sample execution, fabric development, and fit
Manage tech packs, BOMs, and approvals with strong attention to detail
Collaborate with sales and production to align design with business objectives
Qualifications
7+ years of men’s design experience
(outdoor, workwear, or utility focus)
Skilled in
Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems
Strong knowledge of
fabric development, yarn dyes, and plaids
Experienced working directly with overseas factories
Ability to lead and mentor a small design team
