Description
Responsible for the creation of all day-to-day operational policies and procedures for the Rewards Center. Responsible for hiring, scheduling and training for Rewards Center Team Members. Maintain proper scheduling levels for the Rewards Center. Assist staff in facilitating all Guest requests. Responsible for managing inventory for the Rewards Center. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos' "We Win Hearts" Company-wide culture.
Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Proficient in but not limited to CMS, LMS, Infogenesis and Microsoft Office. Previous management or supervision qualifications are required.
