Job Description
Coastal HVAC Supply is seeking a
Marketing Manager
to join our growing team! The Marketing Manager will help ownership develop strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer relationships/retention, and sales growth in the HVAC wholesale sector and then implement and oversee those initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to HVAC contractors
Create compelling content: brochures, catalogs, newsletters, etc.
Support inside and outside sales teams with tools, presentations, promotional materials, and product training
Maintain digital marketing channels: email, social media, website, etc.
Manage events: contractor training, customer appreciation, vendor counter days, job fairs, etc.
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
Manage relationships with marketing vendors and agencies
Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategies
Create clearance flyers and help sales team to sell off dead stock / slow moving inventory
Label showrooms & create displays
Skills / Qualifications
BBA in Marketing
Previous experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial/wholesale environments
HVAC industry or technical product knowledge is a plus, but not required
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
Experience in a managerial role
Deadline and detail-oriented
