We are seeking a Marketing Brand Manager to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across multiple consumer retail brands, supporting both
B2B
and
B2C
audiences. This role is fully onsite in Fairfield County, CT and requires a strong balance of brand storytelling, campaign execution, and data-driven optimization.
The ideal candidate will shape brand voice, manage CRM/email marketing initiatives, and collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Sales, and Creative to deliver seasonal and year-round marketing programs. This position oversees campaign planning, creative asset coordination, distribution across channels, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and analyze
multi-brand, multi-channel
marketing campaigns (email, CRM, digital, social, print).
Maintain and evolve
brand voice
across B2B and B2C communications.
Partner cross‑functionally to develop seasonal and product‑driven marketing plans.
Manage creative briefs, timelines, and asset delivery with the Creative team.
Track performance, report insights, and optimize campaigns for engagement and ROI.
Qualifications
3–5 years of marketing or brand management experience, preferably in
consumer retail .
Hands‑on experience with
CRM and email platforms
(Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).
Strong project management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Data‑driven with experience using marketing analytics tools.
Ability to work
onsite in Fairfield County, CT .
Fairfield, CT – Salary range: $100,000 – $115,000 (annually).
