Salary:
$60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year (based on experience)
We are looking for a talented, curious, and driven Social Media Coordinator to grow a robust online presence for our brand. Your role is to drive growth and build engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn by developing photo and media content that incorporates the latest social media trends daily. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage our audience effectively.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the firm’s goals and objectives.
Ensure consistency in the firm’s branding across all social media channels, including tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging.
Oversee all aspects of branding—including internal branding initiatives—and manage the firm’s merchandise strategy, inventory, and distribution to ensure brand integrity across all touchpoints.
Create engaging and informative content (posts, stories, videos, and graphics) for various social media platforms.
Manage the firm’s social media accounts, including daily monitoring, posting, and responding to comments and messages.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data‑driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay informed about legal industry trends and news to curate relevant content for our audience.
Implement strategies to attract potential clients through social media.
Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights to stakeholders.
Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote firm events or special promotions.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
Experience with social media marketing.
