Senior Paid Media Strategist (Remote US) Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency that serves SaaS and tech companies. We specialize in creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive SQLs and customers, rather than traditional MQL metrics.

We’re looking for a forward‑thinking Paid Media Strategist who thrives in fast‑paced, analytics‑driven environments and is passionate about B2B tech and SaaS marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a portfolio of Paid Media accounts.

Serve as direct support to client contacts and internal stakeholders.

Communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners to ensure task alignment and quality.

Drive referral opportunities through client relationships and professional network.

Build quarterly media strategies tailored to each client.

Create, maintain, and optimize paid media budgets across multiple channels.

Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.

Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM.

Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.

Maintain personal productivity and utilization.

Work directly with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals.

Execute and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.

What You Offer

3+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency.

Experience working specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency setting.

Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.

Ability to analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data‑driven decisions.

Ability to drive results and measure via quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs).

Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts.

A unique perspective on driving value for SaaS.

Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell data stories.

Competitive, curious, and a problem‑solver.

Organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills.

Quality‑obsessed with a passion for advertising.

Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed.

Effectively manage approximately five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts.

Make exceptional strategic decisions for account direction.

What We Offer Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 USD (US‑only) with bonus eligibility.
