About The Role And Our Team

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Vendor Experience zone within our global product marketplace. Responsibilities

As a self‑starter, you will manage the end‑to‑end design process for a clear problem, from ideation to execution, using a data‑driven approach. You will collaborate with cross‑discipline teams—including Product Management, Engineering, and Research—to solve user problems together. You’ll collaborate across teams, iterating on products through continuous feedback and analysis while balancing business, technical, and UX constraints. Your work will refine our design system and ensure cohesive, polished experiences across the product ecosystem. You will contribute to the design strategy within your product area by deeply understanding what we’re building and why, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. Successful Product Designer Candidates Have

Professional experience as a full‑stack product designer, with work ranging from problem‑solving and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs. You should have a clear understanding of the problems you are solving and be comfortable with the ambiguity of finding a solution. It’s a Bonus If You Have

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent bootcamp or proven field experience) A stunning online portfolio that showcases thoughtful work and sophisticated design solutions for B2B, SaaS, or marketplace digital products A creative and problem‑solving mindset, with strong critical‑thinking skills Sharp attention to detail, and an understanding of how to integrate a brand into an experience Experience defining patterns and style guides, performing user testing, and building low to high‑fidelity prototypes Proficiency in Figma, virtual whiteboard tools, and UX research tools An appreciation for how language can simplify, clarify, and bring life to an experience An understanding of software development and how to best collaborate with engineers A passion for research, with an understanding of how to balance qualitative feedback, quantitative data, and empathy to drive innovative, user‑centric solutions Excellent communication skills Work Model

This role is Together@TKWW‑eligible and based in our New York City office. You’ll be expected to work in the office two days a week as part of our hybrid work model. To facilitate in‑person collaboration, we have office spaces in Barcelona, Spain; Delhi, India; Galway, Ireland; London, England; New York, NY; and Washington, D.C. What We Love About You

Commit to our customers: You act as one team on behalf of our customers. You lead with head and heart, and build what matters for life's most meaningful moments. Raise the bar: You define "great" and work backwards. You don't just accept how it's been done, but boldly define how it should be. You are unafraid to innovate, learn, and keep moving forward toward our shared vision. Be all in: You believe in our mission and take ownership of your work. You debate openly to reach the best outcomes, speaking with clarity and care, embracing diverse perspectives, then commit fully. Celebrate impact: You measure success by the outcomes you create. You hold yourself accountable to delivering value, while recognizing progress and the lessons learned along the way. You love to win, together. What You Love About Us
