We are seeking a Senior Media Effectiveness Analyst to drive transformational analytic capabilities and enable robust business performance. The candidate will support the Marketing and Media Effectiveness (MME) roadmap, managing projects, coordinating with agency partners and internal stakeholders, troubleshooting data issues, and translating advanced analytics into actionable insights.
What You Will Do
Lead end‑to‑end Media Analytics projects, particularly Commercial Mix Modelling (CMM).
Coordinate with external vendors and internal support teams to ensure data inputs into the analytic model are complete and correct.
Pull and maintain enterprise dashboards, and educate teams on insights to inform media and marketing decisions.
Translate advanced analytics outputs into business insights and implications.
Develop knowledge of product categories and emerging digital media data streams and analytic methodologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree appropriate to the role.
Minimum 5+ years supporting analytics teams.
Understanding of paid media data, syndicated data sources, and panel data.
Experience pulling data from multiple datasets and combining information visually.
Ability to manage analytics projects from start to finish.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills at all levels.
Curiosity, growth mindset, and a can‑do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
Specialization in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $95,000 – $115,000 USD per year. Pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for executive‑level roles.
Additional Information Location: Overland Park, Kansas. This role is on‑site at the specified location.
