Responsibilities
Revenue goals for the week with contacts to grow personal and skilled care
Responsible for generating referrals for home health care by establishing and maintaining relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, skilled home care agencies, hospice and other service providers.
Visit referral sources in person to develop and strengthen relationships.
Establish a referral stream to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Represent the company with professionalism at all times.
Assist the leadership team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Home Health or directly related experience
Demonstrate skill and ability to develop community relationships with Healthcare Providers and Senior Oriented Centers of Influence within assigned territory.
Demonstrate technology literacy in support of sales presentation and lead management.
Must be reliable, enthusiastic, high‑energy individuals with fun, outgoing personality.
Must be an active listener who acknowledges customer's needs and a critical thinker who can decide what products best address those wants.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self‑directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
Licensed driver with dependable vehicle and valid automobile insurance
Must be able to pass Drug Test
Must have a clean Background Check
Must be available on weekends and alternate on call.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively.
Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
Must adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
