Our client is seeking a
Senior Product Designer
to lead the end-to-end redesign of their CRM systems. This role requires a strategic, systems-level thinker with deep expertise in Salesforce design language and a strong ability to work independently within cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
Lead the overall redesign of CRM systems, ensuring cohesive, scalable, and intuitive user experiences.
Leverage extensive knowledge of Salesforce design language and patterns to guide interface and workflow decisions.
Partner closely with eCRMs Product and Engineering teams to define project requirements and design solutions across the holistic Sales journey.
Create high-fidelity prototypes, user flows, and interaction models using Figma.
Effectively communicate design decisions, strategy, and rationale to partners and cross-functional leadership.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to design standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer
required.
Extensive experience designing within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Expert-level proficiency in
Figma .
Proven track record driving complex system redesigns from concept through delivery.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a lean environment while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
