Our

Interior Designer

will work with our Clients to Create Spaces that Talk Back. You will focus on commercial interior design to create unique solutions for our clients. This position requires someone with a broad range of experience. This will include leading client group discussions and programming needs, developing conceptual and schematic design strategies, space planning, and overseeing design development documentation.

Needed skills & expertise

3-5 Years of Experience working with and for clients.

Proven interior design skills with the ability to lead client discussions to individual & group dynamics.

Ability to create across a wide spectrum of style & aesthetic ranging from boundary-pushing creativity to simple, minimalist layout.

Experience in the selection & presentation of interior finishes and furniture specifications customized to each client’s scope and budget.

Graphic presentation and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas.

Knowledge in contract furniture, fixtures, and equipment sourcing, specification, and procurement.

Proficiency in generating material selections and finish plans required for construction.

Able to manage a diverse project load and client base.

A strong portfolio of design showing a range of style.

Strong Proficiency in Auto Desk Revit & AutoCad platforms for the purpose of Collaboration with Architects + Finish Plan Documentation.

Strong Proficiency in 3‑D Modeling & Realistic Rendering.

This position will require regular out of state travel.
