Responsibilities
Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements within the area of responsibility and reports potential issues to management.
Performs duties in various areas of marketing based on promotions and calendar needs.
Assists in executing promotions on property, including setup, tear‑down, and organization.
Monitors and updates the promotional calendar each month following the promotions strategy; utilizes internal and external media to communicate current and upcoming promotional efforts to guests, team members, and regulatory agencies.
Maintains up‑to‑date information of casino events and promotions to ensure guests receive accurate and prompt information when requested.
Proactively responds to customer service inquiries in various forms, including in person, over the phone, online, and via mail.
Tracks and organizes data collection regarding customer service for various departments.
Assists guests by directing them to appropriate areas and contacting the department for guest needs.
Assists in the coordination of acts in the Event Center and other locations on property.
Assists with entertainment needs, including but not limited to ticket sales, room setups, tear‑downs, A/V assistance, coordination with marketing managers on staffing for events, and working with the social media team to time and promote entertainment online through multiple social channels.
Assists with special event planning and execution; dresses in appropriate uniform/attire based upon event/venue, occasionally a costume may be used.
Coordinates marketing support services to include advertising, public relations, and internal departments.
Supports the development of creative collateral in relation to marketing programs or property advertising.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Associate’s degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance, or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One (1) year of related marketing experience required.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.
Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.
Additional Requirements
Ability to read and communicate verbally in English; written communication skills in English may also be required.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions (reasoning ability).
Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
