AI Visual Design Lead - Miamisburg, OH
Base pay range: $75.00/hr - $85.00/hr
Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Strategy:
Define and execute visual design strategies for major product marketing pages and campaigns
Collaborate with marketing, product, UX, and CMO teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact creative solutions
Push boundaries of design and storytelling while maintaining brand consistency
AI-Driven Innovation:
Champion an AI-first approach to design, leveraging AI tools for asset generation, automation, and creative ideation
Introduce new methodologies for AI-powered design and act as a thought leader in this space
Explore emerging AI technologies to enhance creative workflows and scalability
Asset Development & Global Brand:
Oversee photoshoots, asset refresh projects, and expansion of the global asset library
Develop strategies for transitioning assets across regions and teams
Innovate new ways to create and manage assets using AI, ensuring efficiency and creativity
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with product teams to enhance UX through effective visual design and messaging
Provide creative input on multimedia campaigns, digital ads, and global marketing initiatives
Team Leadership
Mentor and inspire designers and creative professionals to adopt AI-first practices
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation
Requirements
AI Experience: Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven design tools and workflows; familiarity with AI‑first companies (Microsoft, Adobe, OpenAI)
Visual Design Expertise: Strong background in visual design and fine arts; proven ability to lead design initiatives
Technical Skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging AI design platforms
Additional Skills: Asset management, photoshoot direction, global campaign experience
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Compensation Details The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in its discretion. Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
