A leading commercial real estate and development organization is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to support its in-house STUDIO team during a parental leave. This is a highly hands‑on creative role responsible for producing polished, visually compelling design work across print, digital, and environmental mediums. Because this role is execution‑focused and heavily design‑driven, a strong portfolio showcasing multi‑channel design work is essential and will be reviewed closely before interviews.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and production of visual communications across print, digital, and environmental applications.
Produce strategic presentations, marketing suite graphics, digital layouts, event materials, temporary signage, window clings, and wayfinding graphics.
Create original visual identities from concept through final execution, including mockups, stakeholder presentations, revisions, and finalized visual toolkits.
Develop new corporate templates and update existing brand standards, color palettes, typography systems, and visual guidelines.
Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring consistent application of brand standards across all deliverables.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and effectively communicate with team members across multiple locations.
Uphold a high standard of visual quality and ensure all assets are accurate, on‑brand, and completed on schedule.
Support the Head of STUDIO with design priorities and assist the current Director with project transitions prior to leave.
Qualifications
5-10+ years of experience in visual design, or brand design within a corporate, creative agency, real estate, architectural, or environmental design environment.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
A strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, identity development, environmental graphics, and multi‑channel design projects is required and will be central to the selection process. Candidates without a portfolio cannot be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred; exceptional portfolios will also be considered in place of a degree.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present work and incorporate feedback effectively.
Friendly, patient, collaborative, and comfortable working with teams across different locations.
Highly organized, able to work independently, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
