With creativity at our core and innovation driving our future, we’re seeking a Senior Level Designer to shape gameplay environments that are intuitive, engaging, and unforgettable.
Responsibilities
Design and implement compelling levels for casual and hyper-casual games
Translate core gameplay mechanics into satisfying and accessible level designs
Own the pacing, difficulty curves, and overall player progression
Use analytics, feedback, and iteration to refine level experiences
Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and engineers to bring levels to life
Stay current with market trends and push creative boundaries
Requirements
5+ years of experience designing levels for mobile games, preferably casual or puzzle genres
Strong grasp of player psychology and progression systems
Proficiency with level design tools and game engines (Unity preferred)
Portfolio of shipped titles showcasing creative, engaging level work
Ability to think analytically while keeping fun at the heart of design
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
