Role and Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Manager, Performance Marketing for the Home Entertainment Division (covering TV, Memory and Audio). The Manager, Performance Marketing will be responsible for creating, building, managing and reporting/optimizing plans to generate Samsung National Sales (including S.com revenue and traffic) through the following paid media and owned channels: Paid Search (PLA and Paid Search Text), Social (lower funnel, conversion, retargeting), and programmatic/retargeted OLA as well as other growth channels for direct-to-consumer marketing. This position will contribute to cross-category growth and demand generation for the Home Entertainment business working closely to bridge Ecommerce and Digital Marketing channels.

Oversee, lower funnel (Hot) media, inclusive of Paid Search (PLA/Text), Social (AOH- Always On Hot), and programmatic (AOH) paid media campaigns focused on generating Samsung national sales, S.com revenue and traffic against ROAS goals.

Practice tactical & strategic excellence in digital media management, continuously optimizing all front- and back-end attributes of a campaign for maximum direct-response performance

Responsible for forecasting projected revenue, traffic and spend by channel

Monitor and manage campaign spend within channel budgets and adjust strategies to stay within budget while achieving targets.

Collaborate with S.com category managers to prioritize and execute business objectives, offers and launches for the HE division

Partner with HQ marketing teams to ensure global best practices are being followed and execute strategic projects and ad hoc campaigns

Effectively manage agency partners to ensure resources are making the most informed and effective optimization & execution decisions

Work closely with Digital Product, Consumer Marketing Creative Services and UX teams to optimize landing page conversion.

Partner with engineering to manage, optimize and troubleshoot our product feed for optimal use as well as tagging needs

Ensure our product feed for PLA and coordination/management with agencies are continuously up-to-date.

Develop, plan and execute DCO campaigns for Programmatic channels and retargeting efforts.

Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement

Generate ongoing GTMs and recaps for cross-functional and executive sharing. Ensure these reports are written in executive-level language with appropriate takeaways/insights/optimizations.

Explore & prioritize new ad tech vendors & media partners to test in order to diversify and grow our portfolio

Continuously test new creative, offers, ad formats, landing pages within existing programs

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Results-driven, passionate business contributor who can drive short-term revenue while iterating on a better outcome with future planning

Data-driven, consumer-centric marketer who is passionate about leveraging data to make recommendations and drive change

Innately familiar and working-level expertise in Performance Marketing media, especially Paid Search (PLA and Text), dynamic creative optimization (DCO) on social and OLA

Savvy and passionate about the intersection of technology and business growth, with a relentless focus on optimization and improvement to identify a better way or produce a better outcome

Strong collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, highly-matrixed environment

Critical thinker with a dash of creativity to experiment and try new ideas and approaches to driving growth

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing functions for brands or at agencies

Ability to facilitate work with cross-functional teams and navigate highly matrixed organizations

Strong analytical, data-driven problem solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work under pressure and fast deadlines, and ability to manage multiple projects

Knowledge of channel backend tools for Google Ads, Meta Ads

Familiar with strategy, planning and development for DCO

Strong track record of delivering growth targets for consumer goods

Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong knowledge of excel, Vlookup

Experience with Tableau is a plus

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $126,000 and $155,500. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
