$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and produce compelling Amazon PDPs, A+ Content, and Brand Store pages that drive conversion and brand consistency Create optimized product imagery and visual assets for multiple retail ecommerce platforms (Walmart, Target, Costco, etc.) Collaborate with marketing, content, and ecommerce teams to align visuals with marketing strategy and consumer insights Develop digital ad assets for social, display, and search campaigns across various platforms Partner with performance marketing teams to A/B test creative and optimize design for click-through and conversion performance Leverage advanced AI tools—including ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, and Visual Electric—to conceptualize, generate, and refine ecommerce and marketing visuals Stay on the cutting edge of emerging generative AI technologies and workflows to improve speed, creativity, and quality of design output Work closely with brand, packaging, and product development teams to ensure visual alignment across touchpoints Guide junior designers and contribute to maintaining brand guidelines and best practices across all brands and categories Qualifications
Required: 5–8 years of professional design experience, preferably within CPG, ecommerce, or digital-first brands Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AI image generation tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Visual Electric, etc.) Deep understanding of Amazon PDP structure, A+ Content, Brand Store best practices, and image optimization standards across multiple retailer platforms Strong portfolio showcasing ecommerce product imagery, digital marketing creative, and AI-generated visuals Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, layout design, typography, and consumer engagement in a digital commerce context Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Experience using KeyShot or similar 3D rendering tools for product visualization. Familiarity with motion graphics or video asset adaptation for digital advertising. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. What We Offer
