Role Overview The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving client acquisition and retention through strategic, data‑driven paid media campaigns. This role combines analytical rigor, creative testing, and performance optimization to scale JECT’s digital presence across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, email, and emerging platforms.

You’ll collaborate closely with the CMO, Director of Marketing, creative team, and cross‑functional partners in operations and finance to ensure paid efforts are aligned with business objectives, budget targets, and brand integrity.

Role & Responsibilities

Own strategy, planning, and execution of all paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Oversee campaign budgets, pacing, and bid optimization to ensure ROI and efficiency.

Build, test, and scale audience segments — leveraging data from CRM, website traffic, and in‑store behavior.

Continuously A/B test messaging, visuals, and offers to identify the highest‑performing assets

Work with graphic design and content team to ensure high‑quality assets are deployed on an ongoing basis

Lifecycle Marketing & Retention

Optimize lifecycle and email marketing to increase client engagement, retention, and lifetime value across all markets.

Build automated, data‑driven journeys that nurture leads from first inquiry through rebooking and long‑term loyalty.

Develop and refine reactivation, referral, and win‑back campaigns to drive incremental revenue and reduce client churn.

Collaborate with marketing leadership and operations to implement retention KPIs (rebooking rate, visit frequency, client lifetime value) and optimize based on results.

Budget Management & Forecasting

Manage paid media budgets, track spending, and forecast results by channel and market.

Present monthly and quarterly results with insights and recommendations for growth.

Data, Analytics & Optimization

Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

Continuously test ad creatives, copy, formats, and audiences to optimize conversion rates and cost per acquisition.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align paid metrics with business KPIs (bookings, new client volume, client retention, etc.).

Own performance dashboards and weekly reporting on paid media impact

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with the creative and content teams to develop high‑performing assets and test concepts that reflect JECT’s brand voice.

Collaborate with operations and technology partners to improve the customer journey from ad click to booking.

Support new service and market launches with targeted campaigns that drive awareness and measurable conversions.

Qualifications

5-10+ years of experience in growth marketing, paid media, or performance marketing (multi‑location or DTC brand experience preferred).

Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one other digital platform (TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Excel, etc.).

Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI.

Creative thinker who understands both performance metrics and brand storytelling.

Excellent project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
