About the Role We’re seeking an experiencedAI Product Designer to lead the design of intelligent, agent-driven experiences that automate and elevate mortgage workflows. You’ll work at the frontier of AI product design - crafting interfaces and interactions for AI agents, agentic workflows, and decision-support systems that feel intuitive, trustworthy, and empowering. You’ll also drive the evolution of product design workflows that empower our teams to work smarter with AI. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in complexity, understands the nuances of AI behavior, and can translate technical capabilities into elegant, human-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design efforts for AI features and workflows: by identifying new AI opportunities, developing design concepts and prototypes to support strategic product goals.

Analyze current business workflows to reimagine customer journeys and identify where AI can be applied for automation and enhancement.

Design intelligent workflows and experiences powered by AI agents and agentic orchestration — including task automation, multi-step reasoning, and adaptive decision-making.

Prototype agentic experiences that blend LLMs, RPA, and predictive systems into seamless, explainable interfaces.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to shape the behavior, personality, and UX of AI agents.

Design and iterate on user interactions and interfaces, creating flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visuals.

Prototype AI-driven user experiences using modern code generation tools (e.g., Figma Make, GitHub Co-pilot) to validate interaction models quickly.

Ensure quality and consistency across AI features, contributing to scalable design systems and reusable patterns.

Support the creation of executive pitch decks for product concepts, effectively communicating design strategies to senior stakeholders.

You are a great fit if you have:

Educational background in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience.

4+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI-powered or automation-centric products.

Proven experience designing agentic workflows and AI-driven interfaces.

A strong design portfolio is required, showcasing innovative product designs, agentic workflows, and complex problem-solving through design.

Track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, with a strong grasp of workflow processes and product goals.

Skilled in brainstorming, validating ideas, and testing solutions with users.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey design processes and solutions clearly.

Comfort with ambiguity and designing in rapidly evolving, uncertain environments.

Technical understanding to grasp complex AI technologies quickly and help teams understand what’s possible.

Experience with AI‑assisted prototyping tools or willingness to explore emerging code‑gen platforms to accelerate design iteration.

Experience creating process diagrams, information architectures, and user journey maps.

Deep understanding of UX best practices, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA compliance).
