Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client in hiring for a Website and Digital Marketing Manager. This role would be responsible for the daily maintenance and strategic growth of the company's website, driving measurable improvements in traffic, engagement, subscriptions, and donations. This role also manages the execution of email campaigns and ensures consistent, coordinated content across social media, public relations, and partnerships with affiliates and collaborators to amplify companies' message and impact.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of website operations, including updates, performance tracking, and analytics.
Develop written processes and workflows for content management, security, and intellectual property clearance.
Coordinate website and digital marketing integration with companies' data systems.
Research & implement new technologies to enhance site performance and measure feature effectiveness.
Ensure consistent design and branding across all communication platforms, including video and events.
Oversee digital fundraising campaigns (e.g., Mother's Day) and email marketing initiatives (e.g., monthly e-newsletter), using analytics to optimize distribution strategies and overall performance.
Design, organize, and deliver clear executive reports on email performance, including reach, open rates, engagement, donations, and subscription trends.
Coordinate reporting on digital and print communications (e.g., event programs, holiday cards, invitations, and resources) for key stakeholders.
Manage analytics tools and data resources to track performance across all company communications, providing actionable insights to internal teams.
Develop and maintain regular media activity reports and data dashboards on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of website management, development, analytics, harmonization, and building on WordPress.
Education: Bachelor's Degree required in Web Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design or Communications.
Web & UX Expertise: Advanced WordPress CMS skills with extensive experience in UX design, HTML/CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Digital Marketing & Analytics: Strong SEO (technical and strategic), Google Analytics, and AdWords certification; PPC experience a plus.
CRM & Email Marketing: Knowledge of Blackbaud products (Online Express, Luminate, Raiser's Edge NXT) and Mailchimp; CRM experience preferred.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with diverse populations and cross-functional teams.
Project Management & Problem-Solving: High attention to detail, sound judgment, creative thinking, and proven ability to manage multiple projects accurately and efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position starts at $60,000 a year, with the potential for a higher salary based on experience and qualifications.
