About the Role & Team The Producer I is responsible for providing product guidance and support to internal and external partners for games across mobile, console, and PC gaming platforms based on the 20th Century brand.

The successful candidate will manage the production process of the partner’s vision, including external partner onboarding and management, ideation, project tracking, internal/external communication, milestone reviews, cross‑unit collaboration, production/content approvals, and live‑service support.

The role focuses on multiple small to medium scale products, supports live‑service titles where applicable, and assists the Senior Producer on larger projects.

This full‑time position may require on‑site support with external development partners and domestic or international travel.

The Producer I reports to the Senior Producer.

What You Will Do Game Production

Drive assigned titles and serve as the day‑to‑day contact, establishing and enhancing relationships with internal and external cross‑functional groups to deliver high‑quality, brand‑enhancing products that meet franchise, financial, and schedule goals.

Analyze and track development schedules, conduct milestone reviews, track submissions, and submit weekly progress reports for each title.

Review and analyze creative and senior team feedback, including self‑review of gameplay builds on partner submissions, covering art direction, gameplay, and franchise requirements to obtain consensus across stakeholders.

Collaborate with the Production team to develop new interactive product concepts, including conceptual design and game identity.

Present product demos to peers, management, and other internal stakeholders as needed.

Brand & Franchise Management

Provide brand guidance to external partners, balancing game needs with authenticity of 20th Century franchise character and world representations, acting as a subject‑matter expert.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver innovative, high‑quality, brand‑enhancing products across art, sound, story, and game design.

Required Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience in the production of Console/Mobile/PC games or other entertainment media.

Experience interfacing with partners/developers, understanding team structures, production pipelines, and common challenges in high‑quality interactive production.

Practical understanding of all development phases: concept, pre‑production, production, and post‑production/live‑service, with a creative eye to communicate ideas and improvements.

Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects at various development stages using strong negotiation, change‑management, and conflict‑resolution skills.

Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, escalating as necessary.

Team player with ownership, flexibility, urgency, and the confidence to make difficult decisions aligned with business goals and strategies.

Strong interpersonal skills emphasizing productive relationships with external partners, managers, and peers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with asset‑tracking software and routing approvals through film/TV pipelines; familiarity with AirTable, SharePoint, MS Teams is helpful.

Passion for the latest games and platforms (Mobile, Console, PC).

Familiarity with 20th Century franchises, including Live‑Action films, 20th TV, TV Animation, FX, National Geographic, and others.

Experience with licensed products and live‑service operations is welcomed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $87,100 to $116,800 per year.

Base pay will account for internal equity and may vary by geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
