Responsibilities
The Marketing Automation Technical Producer is responsible for building, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across Braze automation.
This role bridges strategy and execution, focusing on the technical production of automated campaigns, workflows, dynamic content, data integrations, and segmentation.
The ideal candidate combines technical acumen, marketing knowledge, and an eye for operational excellence.
Skills
CRM Automation Platforms (Braze, Salesforce, etc.)
2+ to 5 years experience
Minimum Education - Bachelor’s Degree
Ideal Candidate
Develops, plans, and manages targeted go-to-market plans to build brand awareness thru the marketing funnel.
Leverages digital platforms to automate marketing activities and determine the most effective points of interaction (POI) for marketing campaigns.
Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, customer information, and marketing automation platforms like Braze to create and deploy effective marketing campaigns.
Leads the creative development of content and communications to support demand generation campaigns, develop customer engagement, and optimize ROI.
