About the Role
iHeartMedia’s 24/7 News is looking for a highly experienced news producer in Phoenix for its newswire. The position is in‑house only and requires willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
What You’ll Do
Proof‑reading, writing, and editing news copy.
Posting content to various platforms.
Audio editing.
Assignment planning.
General newsroom responsibilities.
What You’ll Need
5+ years of newsroom experience.
Highly efficient news writing skills.
Copy editing background.
Ability to work from our downtown Phoenix newsroom.
Digital audio skills.
