We’re a small but mighty media team looking for a creative and self-driven Podcast Producer & Digital Content Specialist to bring stories to life across audio, video, and digital channels.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on producing and editing our podcasts, creating social media content that drives engagement, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with leadership but have the autonomy to manage your projects, meet deadlines, and shape how our brand is seen and heard.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas flow freely and creativity is valued, this role is for you.
Who You Are
You’re a creative doer who thrives in a hands-on environment. You love shaping raw content into engaging stories and collaborating with a tight-knit team where every idea counts. You balance creativity with execution and are comfortable working both collaboratively and independently to meet deadlines.
What You’ll Do
Podcast Production (Primary Focus)
Edit and produce weekly audio and video podcast episodes for platforms including YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
Ensure each episode meets brand standards for pacing, sound quality, and visual presentation.
Collaborate with hosts, guests, and leadership to craft professional, compelling episodes that align with our mission.
Create highlight reels, teaser clips, and graphics to amplify reach on social channels.
Social Media Content & Execution
Create short-form video clips, social posts, and visual assets that promote podcasts, editorial features, and brand initiatives.
Maintain and execute the social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Write engaging copy and manage posting schedules to ensure consistent content flow.
Work closely with leadership to align daily social activity with larger campaign goals while owning the day-to-day posting and optimization.
Website, Email & SMS Marketing (Secondary Support)
Update website content in Wix and WordPress to feature new podcasts, events, and stories.
Assist in building and sending email campaigns in Constant Contact and SMS messages via Community.
Review analytics to help guide content improvements and engagement strategies.
Design & Creative Tools
Design branded graphics using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Descript, Canva AI, ElevenLabs, etc.) to enhance workflows and speed up production.
Stay curious about emerging trends and tools that can make content more creative, efficient, and effective.
What You Bring
2–5 years of experience in podcast production, video editing, or multimedia marketing.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required).
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite design tools.
Experience with Wix, WordPress, Constant Contact, or Community preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
A self-starter attitude—comfortable taking direction but confident making decisions and managing deadlines independently.
Passion for creative storytelling and a desire to continually learn and improve.
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills.
Location: Dallas-based (hybrid flexibility available).
Environment: Collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive, with leadership guidance and freedom to own your work.
