Position Responsibilities Collect, review, and analyze video requested for confidential investigations related to accidents, complaints, and asset protection matters within a multi-unit portfolio, ensuring prompt and accurate reporting of findings in support of our “store first” culture. Collect and provide video to external parties such as law enforcement or in response to a subpoena as per company policy. Assist in providing technical support to CCTV users and other duties related to the CCTV system as assigned. Contribute to the identification of opportunities and initiatives that result in continuous improvement and outcomes of the risk management and asset protection team. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior experience with video management software, preferably in a retail or security environment. Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in overall scope of work. Experience with narrative and report writing, possessing professional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work within a diverse team environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
