OPPORTUNITY SUMMARY
Responsible for basic and advanced technical and mechanical production of Cenero's audiovisual and video conferencing integration projects. Actively participates in mechanical and technical production and processes to ensure a great client experience delivered with the highest quality possible. Follow Cenero core values and PROQUALAS processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Production
Provide technical installation and guidance for Cenero's basic and advanced integration projects.
Exhibit high level experience and ability on technical processes, hardware, and software.
Provide technical understanding and guidance for signal flow.
Set up, configure, and test signal flow systems.
Calibrate and tune audio and video levels and signals per standards.
Diagnose and correct signal flow issues with troubleshooting methods.
Mechanical Production
Provide mechanical install and guidance on integration projects.
Understand high-level mechanical processes, materials, and tools.
Ensure hardware is installed safely and as specified in design standards.
Properly load/unload, pack, and secure materials during transit.
Production Support
Use room check and dry-run/prep processes to ensure job completion.
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
Participate in lessons learned discussions and process improvements.
Report daily updates to managers.
Engineering & Sales Support
Maintain PPE protocols.
Understand document control processes.
Other Responsibilities
Interact with clients, assess site conditions, and follow training protocols.
Ensure safety training is current.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Coordinate activities with subcontractors and personnel.
Qualifications
High school, trade school, or college education and/or related experience.
Advanced knowledge of AV equipment, VTC, networking, TCP/IP, and related software.
Customer service experience.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, team-oriented.
Languages & Skills
Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Mathematical skills for applying algebra and equations.
Certificates & Licenses
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Infocomm CTS certification (preferred).
Crestron DMC-E (must obtain within 2 years).
OSHA 10 Hr construction (preferred).
Physical & Environmental Demands
Lift 75 pounds regularly.
Work at heights, in various environments including construction sites, server rooms, etc.
Occasional travel to remote sites.
