Our Boston based agency client is looking for a Graphic Designer with 5+ years' experience for an immediate contract to jump in on projects through the end of year; looking for previous experience working in an agency focused on healthcare/pharma clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Design a wide range of materials, including brochures, infographics, website graphics, digital assets, product branding, and internal communications.
  • Work closely with medical professionals, copywriters, marketing teams, and compliance officers to ensure all materials are accurate, easy to understand, and adhere to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
  • urn intricate scientific and medical information into visually engaging, clear, and accessible visuals for diverse audiences, including HCPs (healthcare professionals), patients, and consumers.
  • Handle projects from conceptualization of layouts and graphics to final production, incorporating feedback and ensuring all content meets brand standards and project deadlines.
  • Design and produce compelling print and digital pieces
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail, reviewing designs for errors before publishing or printing and ensuring brand consistency across all media platforms (print, digital, social media).
  • Enforcing agency standards regarding file preparation, from concept stage through to final execution
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in medical design, design software, and healthcare communication guidelines.


Qualifications

  • 5-years design related experience in advertising or marketing agency, ideally focused on healthcare or pharma clients.
  • Portfolio showcasing print and digital pieces
  • Proficient in industry-standard applications (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Familiarity with the basic principles of branding/brand identity
  • Familiarity with the basic demands and potential of traditional cross-channel media, including social, digital, print, email, and OOH
  • Solid understanding of photography, illustration, typography, and editing
  • Demonstrate an understanding of design principles, project management principles, and managing expectations
