Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 per year (based on experience)
About the Role
Tallahassee Web Design is looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our client’s paid media campaigns—primarily across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The role will also involve guiding and implementing client SEO strategy. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and skilled in managing multiple campaigns with clear ROI goals.
Experience with SEO strategy and tools such as SEMrush is a plus, as well as other tools that aid in the ad management process.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.
Conduct ongoing keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad copy testing.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to ensure strong ROI.
Develop performance reports and present insights to staff and/or clients via recorded video or online meetings.
Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversions.
Collaborate with the internal design team to ensure cohesive messaging across channels and build high-performing landing pages.
Manage monthly ad budgets effectively and provide clear spend tracking.
Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices. Recommend new tools and strategies to improve processes.
Develop and implement SEO initiatives , including keyword planning, site audits, and content optimization using SEMrush or similar tools.
Write SEO‑friendly copy for on‑page optimization as well as new blog posts.
Manage Google Business listings.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads .
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager).
Proven track record of achieving performance targets and managing budgets efficiently.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred.
Previous Agency Experience collaborating with other stakeholders is a plus.
Experience with SEMrush , Ahrefs , or Moz is a plus.
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals required.
