NEUROTIC
You will be responsible for improving the organic + maps visibility of 6+ gym locations. You’ll manage technical SEO, local ranking factors, schema, backlink building, GBP optimization, and on-page enhancements.
We are NOT looking for someone who only posts on GBP or replies to reviews — we need strategic, technical, hands‑on SEO expertise.
Responsibilities
Technical + On-Page SEO
Audit, optimize, and maintain multi‑location landing pages
Improve page load speed and Core Web Vitals
Create structured content sections for each location
Schema & Structured Data
Implement and maintain correct LocalBusiness multi‑location @graph schema
Validate and submit to Google Search Console
Local SEO (Maps + GBP)
Fully optimise all Google Business Profiles (categories, services, UTM, attributes, Q&A, photos)
Improve local pack rankings for target keywords
Track and improve ranking signals monthly
Backlink & Citation Work
Build high‑quality local citations
Acquire local backlinks from relevant fitness/wellness websites
Clean up existing citations
Content (Light)
Create short, geo‑targeted content blocks for location pages
Reporting
Monthly performance report including:
Requirements
3+ years of SEO experience (local SEO strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of ranking businesses in Google Maps
Ability to work independently with high accountability
Strong written English
Based in EU or UK (Poland preferred, but open to all EU talent)
Nice to Have
Experience with fitness, wellness, or franchise businesses
Experience with WordPress
Familiarity with US market SEO
Experience with GMB API or analytics dashboards
