Location: San Augustine, TX This community marketing position is part of Colonial Pines Healthcare Center and Pine Grove Nursing Center, focused on building awareness for skilled nursing and long-term care services. Position Summary The Marketer is responsible for building strong community awareness and ensuring that Pine Grove and Colonial Pines are recognized as the preferred choice for skilled nursing and long-term care in their respective markets. This role focuses on creating meaningful connections in the community, driving building visibility, and generating consistent on-site engagement through marketing events and outreach. Key Responsibilities Represent each building positively within the community by attending and participating in local events, health fairs, and networking functions. Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, community organizations, senior centers, churches, and local businesses. Plan, organize, and host at least one marketing event per month at each building to attract prospective residents, families, and community partners. Coordinate with facility leadership to ensure events highlight the quality of care, services, and amenities offered. Maintain a visible and approachable presence in the community by scheduling regular visits and check-ins with contacts and organizations. Support the building teams with marketing materials, signage, and social media content to enhance visibility. Track and report outreach activities, event outcomes, and new leads generated. Collaborate with the regional sales and marketing team to align community marketing initiatives with broader company goals. Minimum Qualifications Previous SNF Marketing Experience Is Required. Prefer a licensed RN, LVN, PT, OT, or SW with a Bachelor's degree. Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation is required. Must have experience with and completing clinical assessments for admission. Must be familiar with clinical terminology and comfortable with assessing patient assessments in the hospital setting. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate professionally and positively to referral sources, physicians, patients and patient families, and other team members and consultants at all levels. Must meet all state and local health regulations and pass post-employment physical examination, if required. Must be capable of performing the essential job functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must demonstrate a work history of being a self-starter, working independently with minimum daily direction, and self-motivation with goal-directed sales skills.
