Customer Service And Marketing Associate
Beacon Hill is seeking a highly organized and action-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Marketing Associate for their client in Chaska, MN. This dual-role position supports both the Customer Service Manager and the Marketing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities with ease. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth customer service operations and supporting marketing initiatives, including our upcoming rebrand. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Support Serve as primary backup to the Customer Service Manager during absences or peak periods. Enter and manage orders in the ERP system. Assist with invoicing, including sending invoices and processing credit/debit memos. Respond to customer inquiries and documentation requests. Coordinate freight delivery processes. Collaborate with operations and internal departments to resolve order delays. Marketing Support Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans. Support initiatives to improve business efficiency. Coordinate with HR on corporate marketing and employee communications. Promote new products and educate customers. Contribute to social media management. Qualifications
Education & Experience: High School Diploma required; Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in food-related industries. Experience in manufacturing is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Sales and marketing acumen with presentation skills. Team-oriented with strong planning and execution abilities. High integrity, strong work ethic, and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools. Creative and conceptual thinker.
