Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath role at The Home Depot. Designers support three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service, welcome customers, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, arrange measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. They also support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary, and support Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals. Responsibilities Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers; welcome customers and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs. Offer showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, and review room designs with customers; present purchasing recommendations.
