User Experience Designer
Join to apply for the User Experience Designer role at Epic. This position is based at our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area, which we support with financial assistance.
Location & Relocation
Our campus is just outside Madison, Wisconsin. Relocation to the Madison area is reimbursed.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead experience and visual designer for multiple development teams, setting a joyful design direction.
- Meet with end users to understand their unique needs, research workflows, and observe applications in context.
- Collaborate closely with developers to design intuitive, beautiful applications with sound information architecture.
- Present design concepts through sketches, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Qualifications
- Available to start before June 2026.
- A solid portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and visual design skills.
- Education or experience in user‑centered design techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree or greater.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- COVID‑19 vaccination.
