Our client, Berean Group International, Inc., is seeking an experienced communications specialist to manage the review, editing, and formatting of marketing collateral, platform documentation, and internal communications.

Top 3 Skills Needed

• Copy editing – review and edit thousands of marketing brochures and collateral to ensure proper grammar, spelling, and brand consistency.
• Template implementation – create and maintain guidelines and corporate templates for PPT, Word, and other content formats.
• Organization – maintain and update the SharePoint site with marketing materials and ensure secure, easy access for sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, correct, and update product and promotional materials to ensure clarity and appropriate language.
• Apply company branding rules and corporate templates, and format documents to improve visual appeal.
• Govern and maintain consistency across documents that support multiple products.
• Maintain the SharePoint publishing site and administer internal social media accounts to disseminate information.
• Maintain an ordered repository of content for reuse.

Qualifications

• Experience editing marketing collateral such as brochures, data sheets, and presentations.
• Experience editing technical documentation such as product briefs, white papers, SOPs, and user guides.
• Creation and maintenance of SharePoint communication sites or similar.
• Interaction with technical teams and subject matter experts across multiple countries.
• Organization of work requests from multiple sources and proper maintenance of a document library.
• Additional skills (not required but valuable): web publishing; animation and video generation; familiarity with cybersecurity, OT/IT, industrial automation, product development.

Work Details

Start time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
